The training centre consists of both indoor and outdoor area for hands-on recovery training, classes and skill testing.  Our comprehensive approach to learning includes Safety Training, Wreckmaster Certification, First Aid Training and Customer Service Training.

WreckMaster training and certification is the gold standard that certifies a towing operator’s knowledge and operational skills, as required for light-, medium-, or heavy-duty towing and recovery operations. Abrams Towing requires WreckMaster training and Certification for all tow operators. When an abrams operator arrives, you can rest assured that we are prepared to service you with the highest level of safety, proficiency and quality available.
Your health and safety is our primary concern, so our towing operators are prepared to step in to provide basic CPR in case of an emergency. Every one on our staff is required to undergo basic Red Cross training and certification.
We strive to set the standard for providing superior towing service to our customers and we continually work to improve our level of performance. Careful tow operator training is complemented by on-going customer service training for our tow dispatchers and operators. We focus on understanding, communication and problem-solving, so we can guarantee that you receive the highest level of service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
